Ca MauNearly 200 farmers in Lang round ward and Vinh Thanh commune are cultivating more than 100 hectares of clean and organic rice, giving nearly twice as high as before.
From the beginning of 2024, Misun Group Joint Stock Company linked farmers to build a clean rice model to produce nutritional rice to separate sugar. Enterprises invest in all seeds, costs of land, labor and biological products. Farmers with land are responsible for complying with strict organic processes: killing grass, keeping mice, miles of rice, managing water sources.
When the incident was discovered, they reported to the technician to handle. After harvesting, the company put the machine into rice cutting, covering the entire product, deducting 35% of the initial investment cost. If natural disasters cause damage, farmers are supported with 2 million VND every 1,000 m2.

Mr. Nguyen Van Rac, in Lang Round Ward, has undergone four links, said the model helps the family with stable income, the field is protected. Currently, he cultivates 2.5 hectares with ST24, ST25, growth time 105-110 days.
“The productivity reaches about 7 tons per hectare, the company buys 11,000 VND per kg, while the market pays only 7,100-7,500 VND. After deducting expenses, each of my crop interest 80-100 million VND, doing three crops a year,” Mr. Rac said.
According to him, organic rice also helps reduce care, fertilizer costs and most importantly protect health because of no chemical contact. Following the new model, farmers do not worry about being pressed when the market fluctuates.
Many other farmers said the profit from organic rice was twice as traded. “If the old -fashioned farming, each hectare is about 20 million VND,” he compares.
In the model, the number of fertilizer fertilizer is only half the previous one. Enterprises send staff to follow the production process, both technical guidance and supervision of traceability of commercial rice. Although at first, people have difficulty because of the refreshing method, not using chemical drugs, but thanks to mutual support, the cultivation is increasingly favorable.
The link area has reached more than 100 hectares, with nearly 200 farmers participating. In the coming time, Misun Group will expand 60 hectares in Ly Van Lam ward.

Mr. Ta Van Lam, Technical Director of the company, said the soul of rice separating sugar lies in DDMS24 biological nutrition fluid – the product of the business. This is a vegetable extract, rich in enzymes, amino acids and trace minerals, helping to healthy rice without medicine.
“Organic rice cultivation not only raises the value of rice grain but also environmentally friendly, limiting residual toxins in the soil,” Mr. Lam said.
The company mainly planted St24 varieties – a long, light fragrant rice, flexible rice, sweet and sweet, highly appreciated by the market. However, the final quality depends on soil and the cultivation process of each region. Currently, rice is mainly consumed by domestic consumption units.
Nutrition rice from the model has been tested by the US SGS, meeting the standard FDA with the following indicators: no glucose, no cholesterol, equilibrium carbohydrate at 81.1%.
During the model tour, Mr. Ho Trung Viet, Head of Propaganda Department and Ca Mau Province, highly appreciated the innovation spirit of farmers, the companion of the business and the support of the locality. He said the province will continue to facilitate the expansion of organic rice in appropriate areas, contributing to raising income and building a brand of clean agricultural products.
