(VAN) The 3F+ model aims for selective resource management, regenerative protection, green education and consumption, all intrinsic to Dabaco’s sustainable development strategy.
On the morning of November 12 in Hanoi, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment organized the 80th Anniversary Celebration of the Agriculture and Environment Sector and the First Patriotic Emulation Congress. At the event, the Dabaco Group Joint Stock Company booth emerged as a special highlight, not only introducing high-tech agricultural products but also affirming the company’s pioneering role in the country’s green journey and sustainable development.

Nguyen Duy Hai Linh, chief of operations and marketing for Dabaco eggs, shared: “With the principle of constructing a sustainable agriculture industry, Dabaco is implementing appropriate strategies for the new era.”
First, Dabaco is developing a corporate ecosystem model; a closed loop from animal feed production and breeding stock to commercial farming, processing, and product distribution. Consequently, the enterprise maintains strict quality control at every stage, ensuring safety and sustainability throughout the production chain. Currently, Dabaco is also one of the leading units supplying live hogs in the North and nationwide, helping stabilize the domestic food supply.
Second, the Dabaco chicken egg ecosystem has been completed. Currently, Dabaco does not stop at supplying fresh eggs but has developed a line of instant egg products, helping extend shelf life and enhance the value of Vietnamese agricultural products.
This is a strategic advancement as the enterprise optimizes the entire product chain, from chicken feet to other by-products, to increase production efficiency and promote herd growth while ensuring safety and sustainability. In other words, Dabaco is not only delivering traditional agricultural products like fresh eggs but is also shaping a group of value-added products to meet the diverse needs of the modern market.
Furthermore, the inception of the Coba Vegetable Oil Factory marks a new step forward in Dabaco’s animal feed value chain. From this facility, the enterprise can extract soya lecithin, an essential ingredient in feed formulas, thereby improving product quality and nutritional efficiency for livestock.
Thanks to this, Dabaco takes another step in mastering input material sources, reducing reliance on imports, and increasing the sustainability of the production chain. It can be said that Dabaco’s ecosystem network is continuously expanding, becoming increasingly comprehensive, and affirming its leading position in Viet Nam’s agricultural industry.
Net Zero has been identified as Dabaco’s millennium goal. The enterprise is progressively applying green operational standards internally, viewing emission reduction and sustainable development as strategic priorities in the new period.
In parallel, Dabaco has upgraded the traditional 3F model (Feed – Farm – Food) to 3F+, with the plus sign symbolizing “Future – Green Future.” This model aims to selectively exploit resources and provide regenerative protection while promoting green education and consumption, closely tied to the brand’s sustainable development philosophy.

One of the pioneering products in Dabaco’s green agriculture trend is “cage-free” eggs. The enterprise has been recognized by Humane Farm Animal Care (HFAC), a non-profit organization with a mission to improve the lives of farm animals raised for food, for having a barn system that meets humanitarian standards. Dabaco’s first cage-free egg products have officially launched, marking an important step in the journey toward green, responsible production.
Notably, Dabaco’s cage-free eggs focus not only on animal welfare but also on environmental sustainability, as they completely replace plastic trays with recycled paper trays. Each egg has clear traceability, ensuring hens are raised in a safe, free, and comfortable environment and are allowed to eat and drink according to their natural needs without force or stress.
Through these specific and practical actions, Dabaco is gradually advancing toward the Net Zero goal, building a sustainable agricultural ecosystem, and moving toward the “Green Future” outlined in the Group’s long-term development strategy.
Corporate Excellence Recognizing its transparency and management quality, Dabaco was honored at the IR Awards 2025 in the category of “Mid Cap with Best Investor Relations,” as voted by the investor community. This accolade underscores the Group’s commitment to maintaining trust and sustainable value for shareholders amidst a volatile global economy.
