Na coffee garden is nearly 7,000 m2 with more than 120 trees located in Soc Trang City to provide raw materials per batch (3 months) more than three tons for Mr. Thanh. Next to the garden is a factory producing his specialty fruit, with more than 10 workers.
Mr. Thanh graduated from information technology and business administration, but from an early age, his father passed his love for agriculture. After a few years of being a state agency, contacting many young people who are passionate about starting a business, Mr. Thanh wishes to create a higher value for Western products. According to Mr. Thanh, the market demand of sweet and sour tomatoes is not missing, because this specialty is quite new in the North and Central regions. In addition, the types of coffee processed on the market are not enough to supply due to the disadvantage of difficult to preserve and not handy. “The difficulty is how to make the familiar dish a quality product, but still retain the traditional flavor,” Thanh said.
Thinking about doing, Mr. Thanh decided to use VND 400 million to invest in a series of modern machines such as Ozone washing machines, stamping machines, dryers, canned, to make stamping. He thinks that the coffee is grown very naturally but to ensure the quality, he invests in machinery to remove pesticides, ensuring the product to consumers must be the best.

Having won the finished product after 3 months, Mr. Thanh was offered to sell at stores in the province, but the results were rejected. “Because of the complete investment from raw materials to design, my coffee price is much higher than the market,” Thanh said, said he did not give up but decided to use nearly 100 million VND to open a gender store Product introduction in Can Tho City.
In the early days only sold a few boxes but he was not discouraged but continued to think of a new marketing. The owner of the establishment redirects sales via social networks to reach the majority of consumers. He understood that when he could not compete in price, improve quality is the only way to access the market.
Only a few months later, Mr. Thanh’s sweet and sour coffee product was known by customers everywhere with superior quality. At this time, the customer responded that his na was delicious but when used was not convenient due to seeds. He started to study how to separate the seeds.
Mr. Thanh referred to the internet and tinkered with the mechanical workshop as a handheld particle separator. Products made to meet the wishes of customers but arise the problem is very time -consuming raw materials. The owner of the facility has been with a research engineer and takes more than 2 years to make a cup of coffee beans, the cost of more than 80 million. This is also the first cup of coffee beans on the market, helping him to make exclusive products, favored by customers.

Having technology and standard process, Mr. Thanh embarked on searching raw materials in the Western provinces to meet the increasing needs of customers. He is very careful in choosing raw materials, which must be freshly harvested, marinated and transported to the workshop for about 6 hours. The purpose of this is to keep the green of this specialty fruit.
Raw materials selected when coming to the workshop will be separated by labor for 2 hours; Then wash with ozone machine, marinate the sugar and store immediately. When someone ordered, Mr. Thanh just packed the product and sent it during the day. With this method of traditional salted tomato is still sour, sweet but not acrid, fruit is also green and beautiful.
With a format of 500 grams, Mr. Thanh sells 80,000-90,000 VND per box. Products when left in the cool compartment will be preserved for more than a month, while freezing can be up to 12 months. Thanks to the determination and agility in approaching the market, Mr. Thanh’s seeds are now sold all over the country.
Each month, his facility made more than 2 tons of seeds separating seeds. In addition to the main product, Mr. Thanh also made dried coffee to carry guests to go abroad. Recently, he has successfully researched the beam of grain separation. After deducting expenses, the owner of the establishment earned about VND 100 million per month.
Talking about future plans, he said he had never been satisfied with his achievements and continued to research to turn local specialties into quality and branded products.
With the amount of coffee beans, beams, Mr. Thanh is researching to make handicrafts, making the most of this product. Besides, he also develops the canal to guide users to prepare food from na seeds.
