(VAN) Vietnam Outstanding Export Products Fair 2025 gathered more than 700 booths, displaying key products such as agricultural products, food, handicrafts, and textiles.

The Vietnam Outstanding Export Products Fair 2025 is organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade, taking place from March 27-29 at SECC International Exhibition Center, District 7.
The fair gathered nearly 750 Vietnamese businesses with more than 700 booths, displaying key products such as agricultural products, food, handicrafts, textiles, footwear, supporting industry, and food processing technology.
In particular, approximately 200 international purchasers from potential markets such as China, South Korea, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the US, and Japan have come to the fair.
Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, said that this year’s fair focused on export strategy in the direction of “Green – Clean – Digital” to adapt to the requirements of the global market. Of which, focus on encouraging green exports, promoting production and exports of environmentally friendly products, and meeting international standards. Promote digital transformation in trade, with the application of AI and e-commerce, to optimize distribution channels and access to the market more quickly.
In addition, pay attention to developing products with high added value, especially products such as bird’s nest, ginseng, medicinal herbs, and high-class processed foods. The fair also focused on exporting to large markets.
According to the Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, the delegations from China and South Korea, the major markets for Vietnamese agricultural products, are interested in the opportunity to cooperate at this year’s fair.
“With the demand for high-quality agricultural products, especially bird’s nest and ginseng, I believe that international partners will connect and develop these products, bringing great opportunities for Vietnamese businesses,” Mr. Nguyen Van Dung said.
Mr. Vu Ba Phu, Director of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency, Ministry of Industry and Trade, said that the Vietnam Outstanding Export Products Fair is an important part of the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s strategy to support Vietnamese businesses to maximize market opportunities and promote international cooperation and sustainable development. Thereby, helping Vietnamese businesses find partners, expand distribution channels, and improve national brand value.

As one of the businesses with many years of exporting agricultural products to the world, this is the first time DT-Pro Co., Ltd. (Dong Thap) has participated in the Vietnam Outstanding Export Products Fair. Mr. Chu Hong Chau, Deputy Director of the Company, said that, with the scale of this fair, the business wishes to be able to introduce many specialty fruits of Vietnam to international purchasers.
“This year we also strengthened trade promotion to seek new orders and new purchasers to expand our international customer file,” Mr. Chu Hong Chau said.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Truong, Chairman of Cho Gao Coconut Cooperative (Tien Giang), said that the Cooperative is currently exporting about 10 coconut containers a day into the Chinese and Middle Eastern markets. However, the Cooperative also wants to find more customers.

Within the framework of the fair, the “Vietnam bird’s nest space” appeared for the first time, opening the series of activities of “Bird’s Nest Festival 2025” scheduled to take place in early October 2025. This is an opportunity for Vietnam’s nest industry to affirm the quality and potential in the domestic and international markets.
Besides, the fair also has a typical product display from many localities across the country, including Binh Duong, Binh Dinh, Dak Lak, Dong Thap, Hau Giang, Kien Giang, Lao Cai, Long An, Ninh Thuan, Phu Tho, Soc Trang, Tay Ninh, Tien Giang, Tra Vinh, and Vinh Long, with various goods, from agricultural products and processed foods to handicrafts and unique OCOP products.
The fair attracts the participation of the world’s leading e-commerce platforms, especially cross-border platforms such as Alibaba, opening up opportunities to bring Vietnamese products to direct international consumers and promoting exports through e-commerce channels.
