Globally, pepper prices today, May 27, 2025, recorded a slight increase only in Indonesia, while prices in other major producing countries remained stable.
Specifically, the price of black pepper (Lampung) in Indonesia rose by 0.51% to $ 7,470/ton, while white pepper (Muntok) increased by 0.5% to $ 10,185/ton.
In Malaysia, black pepper (Kuching ASTA) is priced at $ 9,150/ton, and white pepper (ASTA) remains at $ 11,850/ton.
In Brazil, black pepper (ASTA 570) is trading at around $ 6,650/ton.
In Vietnam, the export price for black pepper with a density of 500 g/l is $ 6,700/ton, while the 550 g/l grade is priced at $ 6,800/ton. White pepper for export continues to hold at $ 9,700/ton.
