(VAN) Coffee prices on March 2, 2025, remain around VND 127,500 – 129,500/kg. This week, domestic coffee prices have dropped significantly by VND 4,400 – 5,300.

Globally, both the London and New York exchanges saw no new changes on March 2.

Specifically, Robusta prices on the London exchange for May 2025 delivery remain at $ 5,330/ton, while the July 2025 contract holds at $ 5,290/ton.

Meanwhile, on the New York exchange, Arabica for May 2025 delivery continues to trade at 373.05 cents/lb, and the July 2025 contract remains unchanged at 364.75 cents/lb.

Global coffee prices saw no new fluctuations today. Summarizing this week, the global coffee market experienced a sharp decline, with Robusta and Arabica futures for May 2025 delivery dropping by $387/ton and 16.2 cents/lb, respectively.

Both the London and New York exchanges faced significant declines due to profit-taking pressure. Experts suggest that this downturn is driven by concerns over consumer purchasing power in the U.S., the world’s largest coffee consumer.

Thus, global coffee prices on March 2, 2025, remain stable compared to yesterday.

In the domestic market, coffee prices today, March 2, remained unchanged from yesterday.

Specifically, in Lam Dong province, the districts of Di Linh, Bao Loc, and Lam Ha are all trading at VND 127,500/kg.

In Dak Lak, Cu M’gar district is purchasing coffee at VND 129,500/kg, while Ea H’leo and Buon Ho districts are also trading at VND 129,500/kg.

In Dak Nong province, traders in Gia Nghia and Dak R’lap are buying at VND 129,500/kg and VND 129,400/kg, respectively.

In Gia Lai province, Chu Prong district is trading at VND 129,500/kg, while Pleiku and La Grai are maintaining a price of VND 129,400/kg.

Meanwhile, the purchase price of coffee in Kon Tum today stands at VND 129,400/kg.

Thus, domestic coffee prices on March 2, 2025, are trading around VND 127,500 – 129,500/kg.
