Globally, coffee prices on both the London and New York exchanges declined on July 3, 2025.
On the London exchange, Robusta for September 2025 delivery dropped sharply by $ 58 (equivalent to 1.58%), falling to $ 3,602/ton. The November 2025 contract also reversed, decreasing by $ 51 (equivalent to 1.42%), to $ 3,551/ton.
Meanwhile, on the New York exchange, Arabica for September 2025 delivery fell by 0.75 cents (equivalent to 0.26%), to 291.20 cents/lb, and the December 2025 contract slipped by 0.8 cents (equivalent to 0.28%), to 285.35 cents/lb.

Coffee prices continued to fall over the past week, with the September Arabica contract hitting a record low, and the nearest-term contract dropping to the lowest level in 7.5 months.
In Brazil, favourable weather and a fast-paced harvest are adding pressure to prices. So far, 31% of the coffee-growing area has been harvested, down from 42% at the same time last year. Dry weather is expected to accelerate the harvesting process.

Cumulatively, Robusta exports in the first two months of the new crop year reached 807,342 bags, up 373.61% compared to the previous year. The new crop is expected to yield an average output, with Robusta accounting for about 85% of total production.

Coffee prices on July 3 domestically
In Vietnam, the domestic coffee market fell sharply on July 3, 2025, compared to the previous day.
Specifically, in Lam Dong province, Di Linh, Bao Loc, and Lam Ha districts are all trading at VND 94,300/kg.
In Dak Lak, Cu M’gar district is purchasing coffee at VND 94,700/kg, while Ea H’leo and Buon Ho are trading at VND 94,600/kg.
In Dak Nong (Lam Dong province), traders in Gia Nghia and Dak R’lap are buying at VND 94,800/kg and VND 94,700/kg, respectively.
In Gia Lai province, Chu Prong district is trading at VND 94,500/kg, while Pleiku and La Grai are maintaining prices at VND 94,400/kg.
Meanwhile, in Kon Tum (Quang Ngai province), the buying price today is VND 94,400/kg.
