Live pig prices on December 13 in the North
The live pig market in the North has shown no new changes compared to yesterday.
Currently, pig prices in Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Thai Binh, Vinh Phuc, and Hanoi are at VND 65,000/kg, the highest trading price in the region.
Traders in Yen Bai, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, and Tuyen Quang are still purchasing at VND 63,000/kg, the lowest price in the area.
Pig prices in other localities remain steady at VND 64,000/kg.
Thus, live pig prices in the North on December 13, 2024, are trading in the range of VND 63,000 – 65,000/kg.
Live pig prices on December 13 in the Central and Central Highlands
The live pig market in the Central and Central Highlands remains stable compared to yesterday.
Specifically, the highest pig price in the region, VND 64,000/kg, is still being recorded in Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Binh Thuan.
Meanwhile, traders in Quang Tri and Quang Nam are only trading at VND 61,000/kg, the lowest price nationwide.
Other localities maintain pig prices around VND 62,000 – 63,000/kg.
Thus, live pig prices in the Central and Central Highlands on December 13, 2024, are being purchased around VND 61,000 – 64,000/kg.
Live pig prices on December 13 in the South
The live pig market in the South has slightly increased in a few places compared to yesterday.
In particular, prices in An Giang, Can Tho, and Ca Mau have risen by VND 1,000, reaching VND 64,000/kg, the highest in the region currently.
Currently, traders in Hau Giang, Tien Giang, Bac Lieu, Tra Vinh, and Ben Tre are still purchasing at VND 62,000/kg, the lowest in the region.
Except for Kien Giang and Soc Trang, which maintain prices at VND 63,000/kg, live pig prices in other localities are at VND 64,000/kg.
Thus, live pig prices in the South on December 13, 2024, are trading within the range of VND 62,000 – 64,000/kg.
