Latest Arabica and Robusta Prices on March 11, 2026
Global coffee prices declined today due to profit-taking pressure from long positions following a price rally over the past week and a half. According to a report by Cecafé, Brazil’s green coffee exports in February reached only 2.29 million bags (60-kg bags), down 26.9% compared with the same period last year.
The decline mainly came from Arabica, which is directly affected by price movements on the New York exchange. Cecafé President Marcio Ferreira said Arabica prices recently experienced a sharp correction within a short period, causing exports of this variety to drop 28.9% year on year to 2.07 million bags.
Meanwhile, exports of canephora, including conilon and robusta, typically used for instant coffee and blended espresso products, fell slightly by 2% to around 226,000 bags. Including processed coffee products, Brazil’s total coffee exports declined 23.5% year on year to 2.62 million bags.

According to Comunicaffe, geopolitical tensions in the Middle East are also putting additional pressure on the global coffee market. The risk of disruption at the Strait of Hormuz, through which about 20% of the world’s oil supply passes, has pushed energy prices higher, increasing operating, insurance, and transportation costs.
Rising natural gas prices have also increased the costs of roasting coffee and producing nitrogen fertilizers, which in turn affects the agricultural supply chain. At the same time, several shipping companies have temporarily suspended routes through the Bab el-Mandeb Strait and the Suez Canal, forcing vessels to reroute around Africa. This has lengthened delivery times and further increased logistics costs.
Thus, global coffee prices on March 11, 2026 weakened compared with the previous day.
