(VAN) The 2026 Hanoi International Exhibition on Energy and Environment Technology (ENTECH HANOI 2026) officially opened on June 24.
The Hanoi International Energy and Environmental Technology Exhibition 2026 (ENTECH HANOI 2026) officially opened on June 24 in Hanoi. Co-organized by the cities of Hanoi and Busan, South Korea, since 2009, the event serves as a specialized exhibition showcasing products and technologies in the energy and environmental sectors, attracting strong participation from domestic and international businesses. Nguyen Xuan Luu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee, attended the opening ceremony.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade has recognized ENTECH HANOI as the largest exhibition in Viet Nam dedicated to energy and environmental technologies. The event contributes to expanding the reach of the National Programme on Energy Efficiency and Conservation in Hanoi, while demonstrating the role of government agencies in formulating policies and promoting sustainable energy and environmental development.
Korean partners have also praised the exhibition for its practical activities and its role in creating valuable business opportunities. They expressed a desire to continue cooperating with and supporting the exhibition in the coming years to strengthen trade and investment links between Korean enterprises and businesses in Hanoi and across Viet Nam in the fields of energy efficiency and environmental protection.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Luu, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee, described ENTECH HANOI as a prestigious exhibition dedicated to energy and environmental technologies. Over the past 16 years, the event has continuously enhanced its quality and served as an effective platform for business networking and cooperation in the energy and environmental sectors.
The exhibition has attracted major corporations and enterprises from South Korea, Japan, the European Union, China, India, and other countries, showcasing advanced, knowledge-intensive technologies that help optimize energy efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.
ENTECH HANOI 2026 takes place from June 24-26, featuring the latest technological achievements, innovative solutions, green transition initiatives, and energy-saving technologies.
The event also includes a series of activities such as the 2026 Viet Nam Energy Transition Forum; a thematic seminar on energy-saving technologies in industrial production and sustainable development solutions; the Viet Nam-Korea Business Forum; business matchmaking sessions and technology transfer negotiations; as well as specialized seminars and promotional programmes on renewable energy technologies and green transportation solutions.
“This is an opportunity for businesses in Hanoi and across Viet Nam to directly access modern, high-value technologies and clean solutions, connect with advanced global supply chains, and thereby accelerate technology transfer and sustainable business development,” Mr. Nguyen Xuan Luu emphasized.

Under the theme “Innovation and Green Transition,” this year’s exhibition brings together more than 250 booths from 200 domestic and international enterprises, including Architeck, Epit, Reset Company, Wareco, Jain Tech, Gcool Joint Stock Company, U-Solar Solutions Trading Co., Ltd., Nippon Koei Group, Deif Asia Pacific, Cuu Hoi Co., Ltd., Hanoi Power Corporation, Zhengzhou Environmental Protection Technology Company, and Jiangsu Yuming Group.
According to the organizers, ENTECH HANOI 2026 showcases solutions and technologies that integrate digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT) into energy management and utilization. The exhibition also features innovations in new energy, renewable energy, energy storage, and green transportation.
The event provides an important platform for expanding international cooperation in scientific research and technological development, while facilitating access to advanced technologies and investment resources from global partners. Mr. Kim Yong-Geon, Director of the Environmental Policy Agency of Busan Metropolitan City, Republic of Korea, expressed his expectation that the exhibition would serve as a venue for enterprises and institutions from both countries to exchange technological capabilities and professional expertise.
Beyond being a forum for technology exchange, ENTECH HANOI 2026 has the potential to become a collaborative space that accelerates the transition toward a global green economy and fosters the development of sustainable energy ecosystems capable of leading the carbon-neutral era.

As part of the exhibition, the Department of Innovation, Green Transition and Industrial Promotion under the Ministry of Industry and Trade is presenting the “Green Booth – Energy Efficiency” Programme 2026.
The programme features 25 exhibition booths showcasing outstanding solutions, technologies, and models for improving energy efficiency in industry and buildings. It also introduces products that have received the highest energy-efficiency certifications from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
